    We love brewing our beer and sharing a pint in our tasting room, but once we hand inspect every bottle and keg, we don’t get to see all of the people and places our batches encounter. So if you have an epic photo you’d like to share, upload it here – and you might even win some Oakshire schwag!

    The legal use of any and all language, placement of alcohol beverage logos, product likenesses, advertising images and/or messages varies state to state.

    Your intended use of our logo and product likenesses as declared above, are subject to our review before acceptance.

    Upon our acceptance of your sponsorship terms, and if you use our logo, product likeness or messages outside of the scope of the terms and equal-or-greater value declared, you understand it is without our expressed approval and that you are in full liability for any penalties or judgements received as ruled by your local and state jurisdictions as a result of said unapproved uses of our brand images, product likenesses and/or messages. If any in-kind products received from Oakshire Brewing are obtained fraudulently outside of the definitions of this agreement or are dispensed unlawfully outside of the terms defined in this agreement you are in full liability for any penalties or judgements received as ruled by your local and state jurisdictions as result of said fraudulent acquisition or unlawful distribution of Oakshire products.
