Our good friends at Devour, the VW housed, delicious sandwich purveyor, who you see parked in our lot every Saturday afternoon just gave me some great news. No, it's not a back-up tater tot fryer, although that would be sweet. Along with there already excellent weekly menu, they will have a second, overlapping, Oakshire only menu! You've probably been out here before and the demand is so great, they run out of food prior to 4 PM. Well, to alleviate the problem, they're bringing more food! So don't let me down.

We regret not being around this Saturday, but need to let our crew enjoy the yearly festival honoring the late Glen Hay Falconer. Why don't you come down and join us at the Hilton. It should be a great fest and we are debuting the Glen's Hop Vice-this year with a donkyload of Simcoe. Cheers, The Oakshire Crew

by Jeff Althouse | Published: April 2, 2010With all the great stuff going on at Oakshire like a silo raising and a spring seasonal release, we hardly have time to remember the little thngs. But you've reminded me that you're having a hard time keeping up with all the beers that we've been brewing and want to know more information about them before they are gone. As you know, the best way to do that is to come hang out on a Saturday from 12-4 at the brewery. That way you let your tastebuds do the learning. But another great way is for me to catch up our list here on the website. I have done just that, by the way.
